1. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship to select pincodes across India. Serviceability and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.

2. Dispatch Timelines

• Orders placed Mon–Sat before 6:00 PM are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.
• No dispatch on Sundays and public holidays.
• Custom/large orders may require additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on destination and cart value. From time to time, we may run free‑shipping promotions.

4. Packaging & Handling

We ship in temperature‑aware packaging suitable for chocolates and confectionery wherever feasible. Please refrigerate/store as instructed upon receipt.

5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

• Couriers will attempt delivery at the address and phone number provided.
• Incorrect/incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries; re‑delivery may incur additional charges.
• Tracking details (where available) will be shared by SMS/email.

6. Store/Warehouse Pickup

Pickup is available from our Works facility at Unit 209-210, Bdlg. F4, Bhumi World, Mumbai Nashik Highway, Pimpalas, Bhiwandi 421 302 by prior confirmation. Please bring a valid ID and your Order ID. Uncollected pickups after 24 hours may be cancelled.

7. Damages, Missing or Wrong Items

Report within 24 hours of delivery to holvinfoodsindia@gmail.com with clear photos/videos (unboxing video if available). Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Weather, strikes, movement restrictions, or other unforeseen events may impact timelines. We will keep you informed and attempt delivery at the earliest opportunity.

9. Jurisdiction

Disputes related to shipping are governed by Indian law and subject to courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
