1. Scope

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on our website. Because we deal in perishable food products, we follow strict handling timelines.

2. Order Cancellation Window

• You may request cancellation within 3 houra of placing the order.
• Please call us on 9769255781, 9769605469 (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM) or email holvinfoodsindia@gmail.com with your Order ID.
• Orders once handed over to dispatch/production cannot be cancelled.

3. Pre‑booking & Store Pickup

• For items booked in advance, you may cancel before confirming the delivery slot.
• Pickup orders not collected within 24 hours of the confirmed slot may be cancelled and refunded.

4. Non‑cancellable & Non‑returnable Items

• Due to the perishable nature of chocolates and confectionery, confirmed orders are non‑cancellable and non‑returnable.
• Exceptions apply only in cases of wrong item delivered or product damage in transit.

5. Wrong/Damaged Item

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at holvinfoodsindia@gmail.com with clear photos/videos and the unboxing video (if available).
• Include: Order ID, purchase date, items affected, and issue description.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

6. Refund Timelines & Method

• Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days from reverse‑pickup/verification.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

7. Exclusions

• We are not liable for taste/texture preferences after delivery, improper storage by the customer, or delays caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.

8. Order Cancellations by WERO

• In rare cases (stock unavailability, logistics constraints, force majeure), we may cancel an order. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
